Revelation 3:7-13
¶ “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write:
He who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David,
who opens and no one will shut,
and who shuts and no one opens, says this:
I know your deeds.
Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power,
and have kept My word,
and have not denied My name.
Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan,
who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie,
I will make them come and bow down at your feet,
and make them know that I have loved you.
Because you have kept the word of My perseverance,
I also will keep you from the hour of testing,
that hour which is about to come upon the whole world,
to test those who dwell on the earth.
I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
He who overcomes,
I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God,
and he will not go out from it anymore;
and I will write on him the name of My God,
and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem,
which comes down out of heaven from My God,
and My new name.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
Just as the Lord said to the Churches of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira and Sardis and what He is now saying to the Church of Philadelphia He is saying to each of us who call Him Lord, those who clams the name of Christian.
Christ Jesus tells us aging:
I know your deeds;
He knows what we do,
what we say
and even what we think.
As for what we do:
I have found 18 times that GOD says “I am with you”
Here is one example;
Matthew 28:20
Jesus tells His disciples
“I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
( if you go by the title of Christian, does that not make you a disciple of Christ? )
As for what we say:
In Matthew 5 speaks of the commandments of Father GOD and brings them from just actions to thoughts,
Hers as an example:
Matthew 5:21-22
¶ “You have heard that the ancients were told,
‘YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT MURDER’ and ‘Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.’
But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court;
and whoever says to his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing,’ shall be guilty before the supreme court;
and whoever says, ‘You fool,’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.
And aging We were told by GOD
“I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
If He is with us always, do you not think He knows what we say?
As for thoughts:
In Matthew 5:27
¶ “You have heard that it was said,
‘YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY’;
but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
He knows our thoughts whether they are good or evil
He tells us straight out
“I know your deeds”.
You can not hide your actions, speech nor your thoughts from GOD.
GOD has put a path before each of us that we are to take through this life,
He is that one who opens and closes doors.
We are the ones who look for the window,
to ether access what He has closed from us,
or to exit the path He has set before us.
The Lord will not breck out will,
if we will to sin against Him and His word,
eventual He will allow you to experience your own desires.
That you may turn back to Him.
It is said of mankind
Isaa 56: 11
They have all turned to their own way,
Each one to his unjust gain
Remember this
Ezekial 33:17
“Yet your fellow citizens say,
‘The way of the Lord is not right,'
when it is their own way that is not right.”
The Lord your GOD opens the doors we should go through and closes the ones we should not enter,
Him being the creator don’t you think He knows what doors good for you?
And what doors will lead to your destruction?
Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, Jesus tells us:
Because you have kept the word of My perseverance,
( have adhering to the course of action I have set before you )
I also will keep you from the hour of testing,
that hour which is about to come upon the whole world,
to test those who dwell on the earth.
And aging we are told:
I am coming quickly;
hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
And if you hold fast and overcomes the evil that is around you,
He will make you a pillar in the temple of His God,
He will write on you the name of His God,
and the name of the city of His God,
and His new name.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
Take the door the Lord your God has opened for you
and do not mess with the doors He has shut.
Hold on to the truth from the word of GOD and obey them,
For He knows who you are.
i will leave you with this:
Isaiah 55:6-9
¶ Seek the LORD while He may be found;
Call upon Him while He is near.
Let the wicked forsake his way
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
And let him return to the LORD,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.
For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Think about it
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
