Why it is important to take the word of GOD serious.
the words Jesus speakes to us through the bible (His word) and the Holy Spirit.
In His word we are told to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.

And what will happen if we don’t,
but rather seek the things of men and of this world instead.

Before Christ returns, we still have time,
we need to take this time and get things right with Him,
time is running out,
and as is written in the back of the book,
“These words are faithful and true”
Whether you want to believe it or not GOD has standards,
standards we are to live by if we want to have our names found in His book of life.

Revelation 20:11
¶ Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them.
And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books,
according to their deeds.
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds.
Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire.
This is the second death, the lake of fire.
And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Revelation 21:5-8
¶ And He who sits on the throne said,
“Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said,
“Write, for these words are faithful and true.”
Then He said to me,
“It is done.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost.
He who overcomes will inherit these things,
and I will be his God and he will be My son.
But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars,
their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone,
which is the second death.”

GODs provision for us is that we can be justification by faith,
faith in His Son Christ Jesus.
Romans 3:21
¶ But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe;
for there is no distinction;
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus;
whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith.
This was to demonstrate His righteousness,
because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed;
for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

¶ Where then is boasting? It is excluded.
By what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith.
For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law.
Or is God the God of Jews only?
Is He not the God of Gentiles also?
Yes, of Gentiles also,
since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one.

¶ Do we then nullify the Law through faith?
May it never be!
On the contrary, we establish the Law.

John 5:20-23
“For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing;
and the Father will show Him greater works than these,
so that you will marvel.
For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life,
even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes.
For not even the Father judges anyone,
but He has given all judgment to the Son,
so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father.
He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.

Jesus is our judge,
so it might be a great idea to learn how to live in the manner He desires us to.
Go and slowly read Matthew 5, 6 and 7
Take the time to really hear what the Lord is saying,
When you get it, then repent, readjust your thoughts and way of life to get on that narrow path that leads to the small gate.
Yes, we all sin but that does not mean we are to remain in that sin.
Once we are aware of our sin we need to repent of that sin, and turn to Christ Jesus asking for forgiveness, turning from sin too walk in His righteousness.
Anchoring our faith in Christ Jesus and Him alone.

“Understand that man does not live by bread alone,
but man lives by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD.”

Please read and follow Matthew 5,6 and 7.
The words directly from the mouth of the LORD Christ Jesus.
