Jude 1:17-25
But you, beloved, ought to remember the words that were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, that they were saying to you,
“In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts.”
These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit.
But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

And have mercy on some, who are doubting; save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment polluted by the flesh.

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Through these letters (books) where we are told who the Lord Jesus Christ is, who we are, who we are in Him, how we are to live, what is going to happen to both those who have their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and those who chose not to.
As followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we need to read and follow the instructions, teachings and examples given to us as to how we should live.
As a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, we should be anxiously looking, waiting earnestly for His return (earnestly = with sincere and intense conviction, to seriously follow after)

If we have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior; He will ask His Father (Father God) to send us the Holy Spirit to dwell in us as our teacher to guide us in the word of GOD (the bible) as to how we are to live our lives and how we are to treat others.

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

We are to give all glory and authority to Him who was who is and who is to come, the Lord Jesus Christ, And to non-other than Him should hold that place in our lives. ]]
